You MAY, for scrap for hire use only:
- use my designs in creating flattened image files or printed layouts for your clients. Your clients may not receive the layered version of the layouts or individual elements.
You MAY NOT:
- redistribute my designs in any way (selling, sharing, loaning or pirating), in original form or altered.
- use any products for the purpose of web design or web templates, albums, cards, stationery or any other type of art that will be used for SELLING or GENERATING INCOME from this product, with the S4H exceptions detailed above.
- claim these designs as your own or alter them to claim as your own.
- offer any of my designs on any web page for download or send them through an internet list or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
- create “freebies”, quickpages or templates with them.
- use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.
Limited Liability:
Sonia Gervais shall not be held liable for any loss and/or damages resulting from the use of Scrapyrus Designs products.
